Return & Refund Policy

At Heart & Humor, every t-shirt is made to order and printed especially for you after your order is placed. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect size selection by the customer, or personal preferences.

Eligible for Return or Replacement

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if you receive:

A product in a different size than the one you ordered.
An incorrect product.
A damaged or defective product.
A product with a printing or manufacturing defect.

Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To help us verify the issue, please provide:

A clear unboxing video starting before the package is opened.
Clear photos showing the issue.
Your order number.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Refunds & Replacements

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will either:

Send a replacement product at no additional cost, or
Issue a refund to your original payment method, where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for:

Change of mind.
Incorrect size ordered by the customer.
Preference for a different color or design.
Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Minor variations that naturally occur during the printing and manufacturing process.

Product Mockup Disclaimer

Product images shown on our website are digital mockups and are intended for illustration purposes only.
Actual print size, placement, and proportions may vary slightly depending on the t-shirt size, garment style, and production process.
Such minor variations are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.
